Here's What Happens Next...


  1. Documents Review 

After you submit your application via our form, our external agent, will review your documents. If any documents are missing or don’t match the requirements, they will notify you so you can provide the correct ones.

  2. Visa Payment  

The agent will provide you with an invoice for the visa fee. This payment must be made directly to the agent before your application can proceed.

  3. Sponsorship Letter Writing  

Once your documents are complete and payment is confirmed, the agent will prepare the sponsorship letter required for your visa application and we will arrange the signature with your Hosting Company.

  4. Visa Application Submission to Immigration 

With all documents in order and the sponsorship letter ready, the agent will submit your visa application to the Indonesian immigration office.

  5. Visa Delivery (5 - 12 days) 

After submission, you will need to wait approximately 5–12 working days for your visa to be processed and delivered (the timeframe will depend on the delivery method you choose).
